Q: Why have I been invited to
visit a resort?
A: Your Vacation
Preview is a chance to find out about our Preferred Partners' approach
to vacation ownership. During a 90 minute welcome sales tour, you'll
learn how we can help you vacation when and where you want.
Q: When will I take my welcome
tour?
A: We'll schedule a
tour time upon your arrival at our welcome center.
Q: Will I be staying at a
Partner's resort?
A: Our resort
accommodations are reserved for our owners and their guests. We'll make
arrangements for you to stay at one of our Preferred Partner hotels,
which has been selected for its high standards of quality and location
near the resort.
Q: How many people can I
bring?
A: We can accommodate
up to two adults and two children. In some instances, we can
accommodate additional guests - let us know when you call
1-800-816-0608 to reserve your vacation.
Q: Do I have to purchase
anything?
A: There is
absolutely no requirement or pressure to purchase - but when you find
out what it can mean to you and your family, we believe you'll want to.
Q: What if I have to
re-schedule?
A: If you need to
re-schedule notify us at least 72 hours prior to your confirmed arrival
date, to avoid additional charges.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Sorry, pets are
not allowed.
